3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on z999k. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, valid mobile number, and email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username and password. z999k will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 You must notify z999k's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your z999k account.
3.5 Account access is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your z999k account or any account credits, bonuses, or game history to any third party.
4.1 z999k accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.2 Deposits are generally credited to your z999k account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. z999k accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times.
4.3 Withdrawals require completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds. z999k processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times vary by payment method as communicated on the platform.

10.2 z999k does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to its platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. z999k shall not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.
10.3 z999k's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 z999k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or internal risk management policy.
11.2 Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not closed due to breach), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.
11.3 Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, z999k reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance and, in cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, any real-money balance pending investigation.
11.4 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting z999k's customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests already submitted.
